The Life & Loss Book Club

Being part of an interactive book club can be a great way to learn about your grief while receiving and providing support to and from others.

We’ll spend 2020 reading books about loss, grief, coping mechanisms, and how to support yourself and others through their grief journeys.

This is an opportunity to continue working through the grief and healing from your loss outside of your more immediate social and familial circle.  It will be a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental environment for you to feel open to expressing any ongoing thoughts, feelings, and emotions that continue to keep you up at night or creep into your day-to-day.

This is for anyone seeking a nurturing environment to explore new ways to adjust to your grief, heal from your loss, and connect with others who ‘get it’.

Here’s what to expect:

  • We will read one new book every month
  • We will meet 2x every month, you’re welcome to join one or both meetings
  • The cost is $15 per month
