Single sessions are designed for those who are seeking immediate support and may not necessarily need ongoing or consistent counseling sessions. The session will have a singular focus on working through a problem or issue that you are currently experiencing. We will focus on what is most important to you today, at this moment.
The main goal of a single session is to target a key concern that you are facing and identify concrete steps to resolve the concern. Whether you are trying to adjust to the sudden financial, economical, or emotional challenges resulting from the current virus, and/or other losses like the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, losing a pet, moving to a new place, losing a job, changing or ending a career, approaching retirement or the end of an era, I am here to support you.
A single session might also focus on how you might help someone who is grieving a loss. You might have questions about grief, or want to gain a deeper understanding about how to support someone else who is grieving. Whatever questions or concerns you might have about loss and grief, I am here to help you.
While some of us may need to be in literal physical isolation or social distancing, we can still seek support. You don’t have to do this alone. We will work together to identify solutions that can be implemented immediately following the session.
- Every single session is 60 minutes long.
- The session will be conducted remotely using video conferencing.
- You will need to complete a short online questionnaire after booking your session.
- Currently, I can work online with individuals located in New York and New Jersey.
- The cost for one session is $250.
