What is a Support Group?
You don’t have to grieve alone.
A support group can help you discover new ways to cope with your grief. You should consider joining a group if you would like to better understand your grief and identify strategies to cope with the changes in your life. In a group, you will find a place where you can meet with others who can understand your experience in a compassionate and caring environment.

Upcoming Grief Support Group
Thursday Evenings from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
The group will meet for 4 consecutive weeks at the beginning of each month - May 2, June 6, July 11. You can register by using my online calendar.
Meets in Midtown Manhattan
As a member of this support group, you will be able to talk with others who can relate to your experience with grief and loss. All types of losses are welcome in this group. You will be able to both give and receive support from others in the group through the sharing of your collective experiences.
As a result, you will learn new ways to cope with your grief as you heal from your loss.
