Grief & Loss Counseling for Couples & Families
There are times that as a couple you may experience a mutual loss. If the entire family has experienced loss together there can be times a family may want to do a session or two together as well, to learn more about how the loss is affecting each family member in their own ways.
Counseling may be right for you and your family if you are:
- Recovering from the death of a family member or friend
- Rebuilding your life after divorce
- Coping with losses from chronic illness
- Managing anticipatory grief as death nears
- Dealing with the challenge of caregiving
- Figuring out next steps after job loss
- Experiencing any life-changing loss
Together we’ll explore your thoughts and feelings around the loss you have experienced and find a path to a future you can be excited about. My hope is to help you learn how to have happier days and get your life back into balance while incorporating the significant changes that have happened.
Counseling sessions can be done in-person at my office, in your home (for those who are home-bound), and online using video conferencing. I work with individuals, couples, and families.
